There is no way to change the initial value of the existing TEXT+ font that can be selected from the effects on the edit page or cut page.
"TEXT+" that can be selected as an effect on the edit page or cut page is not "TEXT+" itself, but is actually a Fusion composition that includes "TEXT+". No way is provided to modify an already designed Fusion composition.
However, with DaVinci Resolve, it is possible to get the same result as you want by adding your own macros or using power bins.
An easy way to try it is to use a power bin.
