Select the red box on the Fairlight page in DaVinci Resolve
If it says "Fairlight Sound Library", select "Local Database" from the dropdown
If you switch to "Local Database", you will be able to register the voice data to be registered in the database, and you will be able to add a library from "..." in the upper right.
Click "..." in the upper right and select <Add Library>
Select a folder containing sound effects
