Once the preview stops playing, is there a way to return the playhead position to where it was before playback?
Answer
There are methods for editing the timeline on the "cut page", "edit page", and "fairlight page".
By enabling the setting, it is possible to return the position of the playhead to the position before playback when stopping at "Space".
Preparation
Select [Play]-[Return to original position when stopped] on the "Cut Page", "Edit Page", or "Fairlight Page" to check it.
procedure
While the preview is playing, pressing the spacebar to "stop" will return the playhead to the position before playback.
Note that if you press the shortcut key "K" ([Play]-[Stop]) to stop, the playhead position stays in place and does not return to its original position.
