Even if you select multiple clips and select "Change Clip Speed" by right-clicking, only one clip's speed will be changed. "Change clip length" is made up of multiple items.

This is handled by copying the attributes of the speed-changed clip.
It is not possible to select multiple clips and change the speed, such as "Change clip speed".
procedure
(In the procedure, the method using <Change clip speed> is used as the speed change method, but it is also possible with "Change speed" in the inspector.)
Right click on one of the clips you want to have the same speed and select <change clip speed>

Only the selected clip will have its speed changed.
Right-click the speed-changed clip and select <Copy>
Select multiple clips to change speed, right click and select <Paste Attributes>
If you do not want to remove the intervals that occur with speed changes
Check "Retime Effect" and <Apply>
The speed of the selected clip is changed.
To remove the intervals that occur with speed changes
Check "Retime Effect" and "Ripple Sequence" below it and <Apply>
Gaps are removed.
Select and delete the gap from the original clip separately.
