What you can do with the clips linked with "Link Clips" is limited to selecting multiple clips and changing them all at once.
This is the same even when the clips are linked, as you cannot select multiple clips and change the speed all at once.
Basically, please edit after "synchronizing" the video and audio in the media pool.

As another method, there is also a method of creating a "new compound clip" with video and audio, but if it is a temporary response such as changing the speed of video and audio at the same time only at a certain timing on the timeline I think it is possible to use it, but it is not convenient when there are multiple locations.
