Is there a way to specify a time range on the timeline and leave comments?

Add a marker on the edit page or cut page, then double-click on the set marker to leave a comment.
Keywords can be set here, but they do not appear in Smart Bin search targets.
What will it be used for? I wonder if it will be supported in the future.
