A time range is specified for a portion of the clip, and information is left with markers to leave comments.
Is it possible to display the information set by the marker on the timeline viewer when playing the timeline? By specifying the length with the marker, you can hit the marker in any range.
When the playhead is moved to that range, the information set by the marker can be displayed on the timeline viewer, but the information set by the marker is not displayed during playback.

You can display marker information during playback by selecting "Show Overlays During Playback" from the "..." at the top right of the view on the edit page.
