Question
Even if you select "Transition", "Title" and "Effect" from the menu at the top of the cut page and move the mouse cursor over the selected item, the preview is not displayed. Please tell me how to resolve.
The preview is also not displayed when "Effects" is selected on the edit page.
Answer
"Hover Scrub Preview" seems to be disabled.
Select "Transitions", "Titles" and "Effects" on the cut page, and "Effects" on the edit page. Select it and check it to make it visible.
