There was a way to write vertically, but there was a problem that the position of punctuation marks "," "."
Vertical writing (vertical layout) is officially supported in 17.4, and this problem has been resolved.
In the "Text+" inspector, select "Vertical" for "Direction".
You can change the character spacing with Tracking and the line spacing with Line Spacing.
