When I play the timeline, the playback speed is fast or slow.
Appropriate if the clip's original material was played back from the media pool with a bad playback speed. I didn't do "change clip speed" displayed by right-clicking on the timeline or "change speed" from the inspector. The display of the time at the time of the reproduction is early, too.

This is caused by a mismatch between the timeline frame rate and the playback frame rate.
Check the timeline format in "Master Settings" in [File]-[Project Settings]. If the "timeline frame rate" and "playback frame rate" do not match, it cannot be played back at the same speed.
In addition, "Playback frame rate" is changed at the same time as changing "Video format" of "Video monitoring" immediately below.
